German Rheinmetall Defence Electronics has commenced arbitration process against Finland
German Rheinmetall Defence Electronics GmbH (RDE) has filed an arbitration claim against the Finnish Defence Forces, concerning the delayed delivery of an anti-aircraft defence system delivered by the RDE to the Finnish Defence Forces.
This is the first time that arbitration has been filed against the Finnish Defence Forces. Finnish defence administration sees the allegations of RDE groundless.
