Estonia’s Minister of Defence to visit Finland
Estonia’s Minister of Defence Kalle Laanet will make an official visit to Finland on 26 to 27 April 2021. Minister of Defence Antti Kaikkonen will host the visit.
During the visit, ministers will discuss the bilateral defence cooperation between the countries, the security situation in the neighbouring regions , and other topical issues. Minister Laanet will also learn about the activities of the Finnish Defence Forces and he will visit the European Centre of Excellence for Countering Hybrid Threats (Hybrid CoE). The programme also includes a wreath-laying ceremony at Hietaniemi cemetery.
The visit will be carried out taking into account the existing COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines.
